Strong Waters Craft Cocktails & Kitchen in Myrtle Beach is always in search of innovative ways to incorporate the latest fresh, local ingredients in creation of new items to add to our menu. We are able to showcase seasonal components as we actively support local Myrtle Beach purveyors and artisans and frequently shop at area Farmers Markets. We’ve been busy experimenting in the kitchen and are excited to add some new flavor to our current menu just in time for summer!

Whether you’re ordering a round of apps for the table or searching for a bite to eat to pair with your handcrafted cocktail – our “Share Menu” has a few new selections to choose from. Our craft brown ale takes center stage in the Brown Ale Duck Nachos. This dish consists of Brown Ale braised duck, Brown Ale gravy, shaved aged Gouda, pickled apples, shaved red onion, shaved red cabbage – all piled high on crispy candy date house chips. If you’re in the mood for a tasty dish from the sea, you’ll want to try our Crab Cake or Southern Crab & Shrimp Dip – creamy cheesy dip with lump blue crab served with a side of pita chips.

On the “Main” portion of our menu, you’ll find the addition of Pork & Hominy a dish that consists of Heritage Farms crispy pork belly, creamed hominy and smoked heirloom tomatoes, blistered shishito peppers, poached farm egg and Cotija cheese. If you’re craving something cheesy, you’ll want to try our Crabby Mac which combines Blue crab and lobster with smoked Gouda mornay, mixed in with asparagus, caramelized onions and bacon topped with an herb bread crumb. For those searching for a juicy steak for dinner, we’re introducing the Butcher’s Block section which features WK Farm & Heritage Farms Block selections of premium cuts of meat. We’re serving 14 Day Dry Aged: Bone-in Filet, NY Strip, Skirt Steak, Hanger, Pork Chop and Burger. That section also includes full or half racks of tender Baby Back Ribs slathered in Blueberry BBQ sauce. All items from the Butcher’s Block are served with lemon and roasted garlic butter, Smashed fingerlings and a choice of vegetable.

We’ve been busy shaking up cocktails and have crafted a drink called the Aqua Fresca. This concoction is a seasonal tequila libation that, as its name hints, is a refreshing way to cool off after a day spent soaking up the sun and splashing in the surf at the beach.
