Handcrafted Cocktails

Libations are our specialty at Strong Waters Bar. We’re known for our “Farm to Shaker” approach where we source local ingredients to concoct our tasty, one of a kind cocktails. We offer an innovative menu that includes two cocktails that we barrel-age in-house. Try the Honeysuckle Mule, our twist on the traditional Moscow Mule, or the Weekender, a light and refreshing prosecco mixed with Chambord, Rhubarb Bitters and Thyme. If you’re craving something with a personality, you’ll enjoy our Beam & Hops which consists of Jim Beam Bourbon, the IPA of the moment, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon and Fresh Basil. Local Craft Beer

Our taps are flowing with a variety of beers crafted right here in the southeast. While most of them are staples, you’ll find a few will continue to rotate so we can feature whatever is in season. And not only will you find them on tap, but stocked up in cans and bottles in our fridge. We serve beer from North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. You’ll find your favorites from Catawba Brewing and Sycamore Brewing, as well as SweetWater Brewing. We also carry beer from the only craft brewery in Myrtle Beach—New South Brewing. Not sure where to begin? We recommend ordering a flight, where you have the chance to select four 10oz beers to sample. When you find one you like, we’ll pour you a pint. When you choose to dine with Strong Waters Craft Cocktails & Kitchen on a Friday or Saturday evening, you’ll enjoy both dinner and a show. While you dine on delicious cuisine. you’ll be jamming along to instrumental harmonies of acoustic guitars, keyboards, cellos, or trumpets. Some of the talented musicians you’ll find frequently performing on our stage are Harper Vibely, BJ Craven, Josh McCaa, Charles Freeman, Jonathan Roberts, Kelsey Hudgins, and even the duo Sweet Sweet. No matter who is playing that night, you’re sure to be thoroughly entertained. And who knows…you might even find yourself singing along!

We put a lowcountry twist on classic dishes that are not only pleasing to the eye, but tantalizing to the taste buds. For starters, we feature plates perfect for sharing including our Shrimp & Grit Egg Rolls and Rib Stack. For your main dish, feast on cheesy Lobster Mac, tender Ribeye, and creamy Sea Bass Risotto. Or dig into a crisp Rock Shrimp Po Boy, juicy Butcher Block Burger, or refreshing Smoky Caesar Salad. And make sure to save room for dessert because we have options to satisfy any sweet tooth. We recommend the Creme Brulee or Bread Pudding.
